Provision of Consultancy Service for Asphalt Plant foundation and Associated Structures

The C.B. & Associates Inc. team provided structural design services which included gravity load analysis of the foundation based on the loads on the arrangement drawings for the asphalt plant. The most economically appropriate foundation types were determined based on the reaction generated using the computer model for the foundation slabs, footings, and bases. Based on the analyses, working drawings were produced for all aspects of the works.  Supervision services during the construction phase included:

• Monitoring the progress of the contractor
• Ensuring   that   all   engineering   specifications   are   met   during construction
• Supervision of all field and laboratory testing
• Production of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Coordination of progress meetings
