Consultancy Services for Architectural and Engineering Designs for Head Office Complex and Training Facility.
C.B. & Associates Inc. was contracted to undertake the design of a new Head Office Complex and Training Facility at Providence, East Bank Demerara. The new facility comprises four buildings: (i) the main office building, (ii) an auditorium; (iii) a museum and (iv) the training school. The scope included MEP designs, topographic surveys and foundation design.
Architectural Analysis and Design
C.B. & Associates Inc. provided architectural and structural design services for each of the five buildings. Deliverables included detailed design drawings, green building design, including 3D renders, layout and reinforcement details of the foundation, and structural designs of the superstructure of each building. Also included were the engineer’s estimate and technical specifications to accompany the tender documents.
